The Heritage Arts Center Association (HACA) is a non-profit, 501(C)3 organization dedicated to supporting and encouraging performing and visual arts that enhance the cultural environment of Pasco County.
Since 1983, HACA has supported hundreds of emerging artists and performers and fostered a climate that welcomes the creative expression of people of all ages and from all walks of life.
Now more than 300 individual members and dozens of corporate sponsors strong, HACA seeks to identify, encourage and foster talent on stage and on canvas. We endeavor to do this through live performances, talent competitions, art awards, and in seeking a permanent home for the programs we support. But we couldn’t hold these noble goals without the continued support of Pasco County communities. Please join us. Together, we can and make our special place in the world even more beautiful.
Every year, we invite local musicians and artists from Dade City, Zephyrhills, Wesley Chapel and beyond to entertain HACA members and guests at the Dade City Women’s Club. The variety of music by participating accomplished musicians is always impressive and ranges from show tunes to contemporary, jazz to bluegrass, originals to classics. The event also showcases works by local artists in a variety of mediums. Monies raised from Moonlight and Ivory are used to fund the $1,000 Pasco Heritage Scholarship and the $1,000 Nereim Fine Arts Award for graduating high school seniors.
