A part of the mission of HACA since its inception has been to support the visual as well as the performing arts.  Each year, Spotlight on Talent features a visual arts component, showcasing the up-and-coming fine artists in our community.  HACA annually gives a $1,000 Nereim Visual Arts Award, named in honor of Gordon and Jean Nereim, founding Board members of HACA, to a Pasco graduating senior talented in the visual arts.
